6 frozen waffles
1/2 c.peanut butter, any type
1/3 c. jam, any flavor
1 large or 2 small bananas, sliced
Toast or heat waffles. Evenly divide ingredients and make sandwiches, that easy. And filling! And healthy!
Summer school is among us and I fixed this on a whim and now it's a regular school day breakfast.

Waffles served alone is more of a snack than a meal, but this recipe, although simple, really stretches your pantry.
Love is blind, but it sure finds its way in the dark.
