1/8 t. dry mustard
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs mixed with 2 T. melted oleo
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped,
1 stalk celery, diced
1 T. yellow mustard
1 c. milk cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk1/8 t. dry mustard
Cook ground beef with onion and celery, mustard until browned. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 360* for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper is optional. Serves 4
