1 lb. fish fillets, I use talapia
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. grated lemon peel
1/2 t. dill weed
black cracked pepper

1 lb. fish fillets, I use talapia
2 T. lemon juice
1 10oz, pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/4lb.cheese spread1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. grated lemon peel
1/2 t. dill weed
black cracked pepper
Sprinkle lemon juice and pepper over fish. Place a broccoli spear on the end of each fillet and roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Place seam side down and microwave under vented plastic wrap on high for 7 minutes. or until fish is flaky. In a small glass bowl, microwave remaining ingredients 3 minutes, stirring once. Serve over fish. Serves 4

Try not to eat a lot of talapia. It is so mild but high in omega 6 fatty acids and little omega 3.
