1 lb. ground beef
salt / pepper
1 1/3 c. water
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 bay leaf
dash ground cloves
dash ground ginger
1 t. instant minced onion
2 t. vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
Brown meat with salt and pepper to taste. Form into 10 balls. Brown on all sides. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add meatballs. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
Watching the Weather Channel.
I like this recipe because I can use spices I normally bake with. Germans have such good taste!
Why did the tomato blush?...............because he saw the salad dressing.:)
