4 oz. elbow macaroni, cook as directed on pkg.
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can condensed mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. Colby cheese, grated1 small can mushrooms, drained
salt / pepper
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Cook ground beef until done, drain. In an ungreased casserole, combine ingredients, saving the potato chops for topping. Cover and bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6
