Juliet's Sausage Casserole

1 small pkg. frozen green beans, cooked, drained
1 can pearl onions
1 T. chopped pimiento
3 c. mashed potatoes, hot
1 lb. cooked pork sausage, drained
1/2 lb.  box cheese spread

Combine green beans with onions and pimiento in a casserole baking dish. Layer with potatoes and sausage in2 parts. Top with cheese slices. Bake, covered at 350* for 30 minutes. Serves 5

dash salt1/4 c. cream of wheat cereal, any plain flavor variety
1 T. oleo
1 egg
parsley flakes to taste

Mix well and add to hot soup. Cover and cook 10 minutes, remove lid and simmer 5 to 8 minutes

2 c. sour cream with chives
1 squat can minced clams, drained

Cover and chill several hours. Serve as desired. Makes 2 1/2 c.
