Juliet's Turkey Casserole

February 22, 2002

2 cans chili beans
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
4 c. cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
5 or 6 chopped olives,any kind

Combine onion and celery and olives. Place 1 can of the beans in a casserole, cast iron skillet works best. Sprinkle 3/4 of the veggies over beans. Add turkey next. Mix the other can of beans with sour cream. and pour over casserole. Garnish with remaining veggies. Bake at350* for 30 minutes.

Make substitutions on meat if you need to. My parents send turkey home during the holidays, which I freeze and use, well, like today. So good!
