1 box hash brown, prepared according to box directions.
Combine and mix well:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. baking powder
dash salt/ pepper
1 T. evaporated milk
1/2 c. onion, diced
4 egg yolks
Combine with hashbrowns.
Fold in stifflt beaten whites.
In a greased pan or griddle, drop by talespoons, press down with turner and brown on bith sides.

I served this with bacon and orange juice and sometimes it's great to have breakfast for dinner,!
