On each pork chop, top with a ham slice. Roll chop with ham inside and wrap a bacon slice over that. Secure with a toothpick. Grill over low to medium coals about 45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. When the meat is tender, place a diagonally cut half piece of cheese on each roll. Do not brown the cheese, but remove from heat. Place the meat rolls on a platter, pour on brandy and light with a long handled match.
Serves 4 and serve with the red white and blue sides.
Use tongs, not a turning fork because fork will cause the meat juices to escape.
4 1/2" thick butterfly pork chops
4 slices ham, thin sliced
4 slices bacon, a nice lean brand
2 slices American cheese
1/4 c. brandy
Serve with
